Debugging Error Message

This tip is one we have covered in the past, but with the number of you that have upgraded or changed Internet Explorer versions, we have seen an increase in the number of folks asking about this message when they are surfing the Internet.  If you get a Windows error message window during a surfing session that asks if you want to "debug" the script on a web page, your browser is in a "diagnostic" mode that's handy for web developers but a pain to the average surfer.

To eliminate the annoying error message from your life, click on the Tools menu (press the Alt key to see the menu options if you have IE 7) then on Internet Options to open the Options window.  Click on the "Advanced" tab (last one on the right) and make sure that there is a checkmark in any "disable script debugging" box(es).
