Use Your Own Image on a User Account

Click Start, Control Panel, and then double click user accounts.

Click change an Account, on the appropriate account

Click change my picture

Choose browse, to locate the picture you desire, and click open on picture

That's it, easy as pie, you now have a personalized user Icon
